1.3 Information from ENGINE and Third-Party Integrations
ENGINE Activity Tracking:
If you choose to connect ELITE's ENGINE to third-party tools and applications, we collect behavioral data about your activity within those tools, including:
- HubSpot: Workflows created, automations built, contact management activity, campaign performance
- Salesforce: Objects configured, reports built, Einstein AI usage, data management patterns
- GitHub: Commits, pull requests, code review activity, repository contributions
- ChatGPT/Claude: Prompt complexity, conversation depth, problem-solving patterns
- Cursor AI: Code generation, AI assistance usage, development workflows
- Other integrated tools: Activity patterns specific to each connected tool
What We Track:
- Time spent actively working in each tool
- Complexity and sophistication of tasks performed
- Frequency and consistency of activity
- Tool proficiency indicators (e.g., advanced feature usage)
- Collaboration and communication patterns
What We Don't Track:
- Private or confidential data within the tools (customer data, proprietary business information)
- Passwords, API keys, or authentication credentials
- Content of private messages or communications
- Specific customer or client information you manage in the tools
Third-Party Data:
- Profile information you choose to import from LinkedIn or other social networks
- Information from third-party authentication services (if you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Publicly available information about you that we may use to enhance your profile or verification
Important:
ENGINE integrations require your explicit consent. You control which tools to connect and can disconnect them at any time. Disconnecting stops future data collection but does not delete historical verified data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

- Create and manage your account
- Verify your professional skills and generate verified credentials
- Personalize your experience and recommend relevant content, connections, and opportunities
- Enable communication between users (messaging, Groups, 1:1 sessions)
- Process transactions and payments
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Monitor and improve Service performance, functionality, and user experience
- Develop new features and services
2.2 To Ensure Trust and Safety
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies
- Verify user identity and prevent fake accounts
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service
- Resolve disputes between users

You can control the visibility of many profile elements through your privacy settings.
3.2 With Other Users
- When you participate in Groups, forums, or public discussions, your contributions are visible to other members
- When you book or offer 1:1 sessions, relevant contact and scheduling information is shared with the other party
- When you engage in marketplace transactions, necessary information is shared to facilitate the transaction
3.3 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)
- Email and communication services (e.g., SendGrid, Twilio)
- Analytics and monitoring (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Customer support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
- Security and fraud prevention services
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
3.4 With Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party tools to ENGINE, we may share limited information with those platforms to enable the integration (e.g., authentication tokens, user IDs). We do not share your verified skills data or ENGINE insights with third parties without your explicit consent.
3.5 For Business Transfers
If ELITE is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on the Service before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3.6 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:
- Valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants)

How Long We Keep Your Data:
- Active Accounts: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service
- Deactivated Accounts: If you deactivate your account, we retain certain information for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements
- Verified Skills Data: Historical verification data is retained to maintain the integrity of your verified credentials, even if you disconnect tool integrations
- Anonymized Data: We may retain and use anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for research and analytics

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hi@justbadge.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by ELITE. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services.
